These terms apply to your use of this website and to your attendance at The Flow Conference 2026, organised by Peniel Pentecostal Church of Kenya.
By registering or partnering, you agree to them.
Registration and admission
- Attendance is free of charge. Advance registration is required so we can plan properly.
- Registration is personal to you and is not transferable or resold.
- Please register with accurate details — your confirmation is sent to the phone number you give.
- Registration confirms your place but does not guarantee a specific seat. Seating is allocated on arrival.
- We may decline or withdraw admission where conduct threatens the safety, order or dignity of the gathering.
Programme changes
Speakers, session times and the programme are published in good faith and may change. Where a change is significant we will announce it through our official platforms and to registered attendees.
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control require the conference to be postponed, relocated or cancelled, we will communicate promptly. As attendance is free, no admission refund arises.
Partnership and giving
- Gifts are voluntary contributions toward the vision and running of the conference, not payment for goods or services.
- Gifts are applied against the published budget allocation and stewarded with accountability.
- Gifts are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us promptly and we will look into it in good faith.
- A partnership commitment records your intent. It is not a payment and creates no legally binding obligation on you.
- Partner recognition and benefits are offered in good faith and may be adjusted for practical reasons.
Payments
Payments are handled by regulated third-party providers. Their own terms apply to the transaction itself, and we never see or store your card number or M-Pesa PIN.
Please check payment details carefully before confirming. We cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect Paybill or account.
Photography and recording
The conference is photographed, filmed, live-streamed and recorded. By attending you accept that you may appear in that material, and that it may be used for reporting, publicity and teaching resources.
If you would prefer not to appear, speak to a member of the media team at the venue and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Attendees may take personal photographs. Commercial filming or recording requires our written permission.
Conduct at the venue
- Follow the directions of ushers, stewards and security personnel at all times.
- Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians except within supervised programme sessions.
- Keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.
- Trading, soliciting or distributing materials at the venue requires prior written permission.
Use of this website
- Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Do not submit false information or use automated tools to submit forms.
- Content on this site, including text, images and the conference marks, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the Kenyan courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you register or give is the one that applies.
